About Purchase:
o We are based in Singapore and all price stated are in Singapore Dollar (SGD)
o All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
o All items will be inspected before delivery unless the package is sealed.
o In the event there is any manufacture defects, please contact us for next action.
o In the event an item is out of stock or there damage on the last piece of our stock, we will send an SMS or email to notify you to discuss on the next action.
o Please check your mailing address before payment. Customer will have to bear the cost of re-posting in the event of returned mail due to incomplete or incorrect address.
o Please made payment within 48hrs to avoid your order being cancel.
o Payment can be make using *Bank Transfer (DBS/POSB) or ^PayPal.

* For Bank Transfer, Please kindly inform us using the Payment Notification form after payment had been made on your order. Sorry for any inconvenient cause.

About Delivery:
o Items are delivered out from Singapore using SingPost (unless otherwise stated).
o Item(s) will be sent out via SingPost normal delivery mail within 3 working days after payment is cleared. (excluding Public Holiday & Weekend)
o For Registered delivery (with tracking nos), may require more days for delivery to be make as we need to arrange time to proceed to the nearest Post Office, sorry for the inconvenient cause.
o Normal mail may take few days (excluding holiday and weekend) to reach your mailbox. (Although raring, but there were cases of lost mails or took longer to be delivered by SingPost) 
o Do note that delivery time will take longer during festive seasons and long weekends. 
o We will not be held responsible for any items lost or damaged during delivery by SingPost. (No resend or refund for any lost/damaged mail) 
o Registered mail* via SingPost is recommended as online tracking number will be provided once item has been posted. 
o For purchase of 2 or more items on the same day, select one item as “Registered” and the rest of the items as “Normal”.

^ For payment using PayPal, please note that there is a $0.50 delivery and handling fees charge.
^ For payment using Bank Transfer, free delivery for using Normal Mail Postage (no tracking number, at your own risk.). Additional $3.50 for Registered Mail (with tracking number)
